Meet Marin!  Marin is 13 years old and has been dancing for 10 years.  She currently dances at Express Dance and Acrobatics.  At Express Dance and Acrobatics, Marin is part of a competition team.  Marin also performs as a member of a youth dance company called Pantos Project Mover.  Her favorite style of dance is contemporary.  When we asked Marin what she loves most about dance, she told us that she loves that dance allows her to express her feelings and emotions through movement.  She also loves that dance has given her the opportunity to be part of her dance family.  Dance makes Marin feel alive because it allows ehr to feel the music and create her own interpretation of it.  She hopes that others feel alive when they watch her dance.  

 

Marin’s favorite part of The Alive Experience was learning from the amazing choreographers and making new dance friends.  She is looking forward to the next Alive Dance Tours’ event so that she can assist in the contemporary class!  Marin is also looking forward to getting to know her new Alive Ambassador family!
