Madison

Meet Madison!  Madison is 16 years old and has been dancing for 7 years.  Madison is a part of Unbound Dance Academy’s competition team.  Her favorite styles of dance are musical theater and contemporary.  When we asked Lillian what she loves most about dance she told us that she loves being able to be herself when she is dancing.  She also loves having the opportunity to move her body!  Dance makes Madison feel alive because it gets her blood pumping and her heart racing. Madison says that her breath fuels her movements and that dance is when she feels the most alive!

Madison’s favorite part of Alive was how supportive all the teachers and other dancers were.  Everyone was there to learn, no one was competing against each other, instead everyone was cheering each other on. The teachers were so kind and made sure everyone had the opportunity to shine!  Madison is looking forward to seeing people I met at Alive and meeting new people at future events!

Fun fact - Madison loves reading!  She tries to read about 4 books a month and loves every genre!  In addition, Madison’s dream is to be a Disney Cruise dancer and she plans on owning a dance studio later on in life!
