Lillian

Meet Lillian!  Lillian is 16 years old and has been dancing since the age of 3.  Lillian is a member of the competition team at Miss Tanya’s and has been dancing there since she started dancing.  Lillian’s favorite style of dance is musical theater.  When we asked Lillian what she loves most about dance she told us that she loves all of her amazing friends who she has met through dance.  She also loves being a part of a dedicated team.  Dance makes Lillian feel alive because she is able to express emotions and tell stories from movement.  She finds dance to be a great way to release stress and get to be herself.

Lillian’s favorite part of Alive Dance Tours was the supportive nature of the choreographers and fellow dancers.  Everyone was having fun and she didn’t feel nervous at all.  She is looking forward to learning new dances and meeting new people at the next event.  

Fun fact -  Lillian loves musical theater so much because she loves when she has the opportunity to play a character!
